 Therefore, I need to configure BOTH iCloud Photos AND OneDrive for my father's Windows computer. OneDrive won't back up the Documents folder since it also has another cloud sync service in it, but as was indicated in another section, you can't relocate the iCloud mail Photos folder any more.

Is there a way around this that anybody has discovered?
